SM Community Manager

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, implement and manage the community of artists and mega fans of our various NFT marketplaces

  • Stay on the bleeding edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies

  • Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals

  • Monitor community engagement and suggest content optimization

  • Communicate with fans, influencers, and other partners/collaborators.

  • Design community activation campaigns to drive user growth and engagement, partnering with different stakeholders (artists, opinion leaders, Nuqtah team, etc..)

  • Run AMA and live streams to introduce and promote different NFT drops and discuss educational topics

  • Plan, develop and deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns to attract new users and boost community engagement

  • Collect feedback and work with the product team to optimize the platform

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Experience with community building and managing crypto communities

  • Experience with NFTs

  • Deep experience with Discord & Twitter

  • Experience with digital and in-person event planning a plus

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
