Marketing Manager



  • Grow and manage online and offline Nuqtah communities

  • Create, translate, and proofread content, focusing on the NFT market and artists community

  • Moderate Nuqtah’s social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement

  • Explore new community-friendly activations such as Twitter spaces and IG livestreams

  • Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups

  • Establish go-to-market strategy for feature launches, major new NFT listings, and new market entry

  • Collaborate with third parties such as research teams and agencies to uncover customer insights and product gaps based on industry use cases, regulations, current trends, and sector nuances.

  • Support and drive engagement and adoption of the Nuqtah through performance marketing, PR and Communications, community building, social media, etc

  • Communicate and coordinate proactively among Marketing, Product, Business Development, Design, Customer Support, major artist partners to continuously improve how we market our existing feature set

  • Develop an analytical framework to measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives

  • Work and coordinate with regional teams in rolling out and executing campaigns and strategies

  • Develop and help create/foster our brand positioning, voice, and values (website, newsletter, blog, social, forum, etc.)


Job Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience managing and growing a community (preferably in a Fintech or art)

  • Having thorough knowledge and understanding of NFTs and Web 3.0

  • Deep understanding of the marketing strategy, channels expansions in Web3.0

  • Strong performance in building go-to market strategies and understanding how to push product in the current market trend

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and extreme comfort with spreadsheet-based analysis and data-analysis

  • Ability to plan and execute multiple projects at once 

  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

  • Thrive in collaborative cultures and work cross-functionally with product, design, BD to launch successful partnerships
